I serve individual adult athletes and coaches with a serious commitment to their sport at the elite club, collegiate, professional, national-team, and Olympic levels. I also consult with groups, teams, and sports medicine staff. I am a clinical provider for Cal Athletics and a member of the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee Mental Health Registry.

My work addresses psychological factors shared across sports while accounting for individual differences and the particular demands of each discipline. I continually learn from clients and adapt services to competitive level, training periodization, team culture, and specific performance environments. Sports represented in my work include:
